Financial Planner

In 2018, Alistair completed his MPhil in Literature at the University of Cambridge after being awarded the John Cook Scholarship by St John’s College. His thesis undertook an examination of the social, economic, and philosophical influences upon American literature, art and culture in the 20th Century.

As the son of an IFA, Alistair has chosen to pursue a career in the financial services following his academic studies. After moving to London, he worked in the City of London helping private equity funds and global asset managers to source the best talent in the industry. In February 2019, Alistair joined the team at Tanager, initially providing reporting and analytical support to our financial advisors. Alistair is now training to be a financial advisor and is working in the Financial Planning team.

Alistair enjoys a variety of sports and exercise in his spare time, including cycling in the Derbyshire countryside whenever time allows.
